He takes Friday’s off-switch
seriously, sits on the couch
staring at Klimt’s Kiss.
He regrets the lack of fire
in the fireplace below.
He eats his magic brownies
and fills and sips his mug
staring at Klimt’s Kiss.
He flies around the living room
and really digs the flight.
He thinks he might light a fire
or maybe just burst into flames
staring at Klimt’s Kiss
but he’s comfy on his couch,
lit, and taking off on Friday.
