Help! I’m Trapped! Wake Me Up!

That thing that never happened or always keeps happening even when I’m not really there keeps waiting around until I’m wide awake inside some dream and then it smiles and keeps on torturing me until I’m lucky enough to stop breathing and wake up on my own but that hardly ever happens anymore so I’m counting on you instead. Please.
