Thirteen Word Haiku
February first:
month of one scene, well seen, caught.
—Month of the Haiku—
Yeah that’s right, it’s National Haiku Writing Month again–but don’t worry; while I know I won’t be able to resist the challenge to carry around my stupid little pocket journal, every friggin day, wherever I go this month so as to be fully prepared to respond to and capture inspiration (whether it’s really there or not)
I HEREBY PROMISE NOT TO SHARE THEM WITH YOU HERE.
(Caveat: maybe later; maybe elsewhere. Consider yourself warned.)

Haiku away!
ha ha
I love writing haiku!
Glad I stopped by – now I have a February task to complete 🙂
The more I think about the word haiku the stranger it sounds and makes me want to salute.
looking forward to 27 more
I am braced, I am ready. Go for it.
Writing a haiku/ creates much inner turmoil/ lights fire in old brain.
Thank you for all the Haiku. Truly, I enjoy it.
In College on year, a professor had us read a single poem and try to guess the author’s motivation. Well, it had no meaning. It was Haiku, a sort of picture poem of a tiny moment. I am rotten at Haiku. lol
Haha
