Just in case you’re in the U.S.
and you want to keep your Thanksgiving Feast to 13 calories,
here you go (1 calorie each):

Meats / Main Course:
• Turkey Breast – 1 gram
• Smoked Ham – 1 gram
• Pepperoni – 0.20 gram
• Scallops – 1/10 of a scallop

Veggies & Fruits:
• White Potato – 1 gram
• Brussels Sprout – 1/8 Sprout
• Olives – ½ olive
• Mushrooms – 5.5 gram (1 Button)
• Radish –1 Radish
• Garlic – ¼ Clove
• Cherries – ¼ Cherry

Beverages:
• Diet Cherry Coke – 3oz
• Champagne – 1.3 ml

FYI: Most sources say that the average American Thanksgiving Dinner runs somewhere between 3,000 and 4,500 calories, depending on drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
