Usta

usta in my youth be
(truth be
told)
usta in my youth
be bold and golden
usta in my youth
in my younger days
usta raise my hopes
usta hunger for dope
usta cope with my old man’s
negative ways

Usta be a teapot
stout
and short
usta court the spidergirls
itsy bitsy spidergirls
until I saw a wider world
and moved on out

  1. There’s nothing I can say, except that here I sit with a goofy grin at the spider girls, the “bold and golden” all of it. And the ending, of course. There’s a whole world in those last two lines.
