Ron.’s Bohemian

My poem, Company For Dinner, a semi-sympathetic look at the Hansel and Gretel witch, is included in the October issue of BOHEMIA (see page 72).

The editors saw fit to include some photography which, while striking and well-done, does not exactly match the mental image of the witch I had in mind. No matter. For me, it’s the poetry that counts.

  1. I agree, the witch in the magazine is a bit over the top (and nearly out of her dress) for what i see, too. But the poem is worth the hunt, although it was quite a hunt to get there. The ‘two children fattening” is perfectly chilling…
