Haiku September #24

I’m working on the Haiku Heights September Challenge: writing a haiku or senryu every day for a month.

———//———

Today’s one-word prompt is: “Lost.”

like a bad temper
like sheep without a shepherd
I’m lost without you

  1. “like a bad temper” — fantabulous line to begin that Haiku. The play on the meaning of lost is great.

You are such a romantic . . .anger and aimless sheep . . .The only thing missing is

    I have lost my mind
lost my temper and my sheep
    How can I lose you?
